TestAmerica employees from across the country take part in a wide variety of fundraising events every year. They raise thousands of dollars for WaterAid’s work and also help to spread the word about the need for safe water and sanitation.

This year, they raised over $21,500!  Held in 29 locations throughout the country, their events ranged from raffles and bake sales to “pie in the face” auctions and pennies in a jar.

Knoxville lab employees buckled down and knocked Tampa off the top fundraising slot for the first time in four years, raising $1,815.  Karns Chiropractic Center donated a three-day Employee Pamper Event, Mo Khounlavong prepared fresh gourmet lunches and Lewis Osborne and Dave Flores grilled up some awesome lunches for the Picnic Lunch.  Snell Mills won a paid day off in the raffle and selflessly re-donated it, seriously boosting the final total.

The Denver lab raised a total of $1,279.60 for WaterAid.  Employees fought to fill as many jars as possible with pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters for their Penny War.
Cedar Falls held a Coin Drive, Root Beer Float Day, a “Burgers for WaterAid” luncheon, a raffle and a “Pie in the Face” auction.  They raised $519 and had a serious amount of fun at the same time. 

The Irvine lab raised over $1,387.65 from events including a bake sale, 50/50 raffle, potluck lunch and a car-wash where employees could buy water balloons to throw at the management team.
